The project
Adapt a common curriculum to a different setting
The Colombian deployment adapts DFM for students in grades 6 through 11 with the regional government of Valle del Cauca. Digital delivery makes it possible to reach schools dispersed across the region.
Guidance about education and future pathways is paired with implementation tracking and evaluation. Rural participation is a defining feature of the project, not simply a smaller version of an urban rollout.
What the work involves
Fit the regional context
Adapt program content and delivery to students and schools across Valle del Cauca.
Reach rural schools
Use digital delivery and school coordination to support participation outside the principal urban center.
Study delivery and outcomes
Track reach and costs while the impact evaluation follows later educational decisions.
Research & implementation
Observed reach and intended scale are different
ConsiliumBots reports about 38,000 students reached in 2023, against a target of 64,000. The public record describes an ongoing impact evaluation. Those implementation figures are presented separately from final estimates of educational impact.
