The project
Connect applications, vacancies and enrollment
TetherEd's collaboration with JUNJI began in 2023. It addresses a fragmented enrollment process in which families and providers had to coordinate applications and waiting lists across separate systems.
The work combines an allocation algorithm with integrated application, enrollment and waiting-list information. It is designed to simplify access for families while preserving the system's prioritization rules.
What the work involves
One application process
Give families a coordinated digital route to early childhood options in the JUNJI network.
Prioritized allocation
Apply the system's sibling and socioeconomic criteria through an allocation algorithm.
Connected provider records
Link vacancy, waiting-list and enrollment information so providers can coordinate offers and accepted places.
Research & implementation
A deployment with an integrated data foundation
The TetherEd case study describes both the platform deployment and the data integration supporting family guidance and provider coordination. The work creates a foundation for continued service improvement and evaluation.
