Incentives, Evidence, and Reminders for Bureaucrats: Overcoming Barriers to Policy Scale Up
Dominican Republic
Abstract

In a nationwide scale-up experiment in the Dominican Republic, this paper tests whether sharing research evidence, offering incentives, providing implementation support, and sending reminders improve compliance with an evidence-based education policy.
