The project
Public benefits have rules that are hard to compare
A family may qualify for several housing programs, each with different conditions, application windows and scoring rules. DOMUS brings those rules into a shared framework so families can explore their options before committing to an application.
The work connects policy rules, score estimation and a family-facing interface. ConsiliumBots describes a partnership with TOCTOC and Chile's housing ministry; the source repository documents the subsidy models behind the prototype.
What the work involves
Understand eligibility
Represent the conditions of different subsidy programs in a consistent, interpretable form.
Compare possibilities
Help families explore how their circumstances relate to program rules and scoring.
Connect information and action
Bring guidance closer to the housing-search and application journey.
Research & implementation
Building guidance around an explicit policy model
The public portfolio identifies DOMUS as active housing-technology work. Its engineering source describes an early prototype; this page documents the project rather than presenting a finished public application or measured impact.
