Mohit is a Postdoctoral Researcher at Harvard University. He completed
his PhD in Economics and Statistics at MIT in 2023 under Esther Duflo
and Parag Pathak. He worked as a research assistant for Christopher
before his PhD. His research is at the intersection of development
economics and empirical market design — investigating how features
of education markets (e.g. thickness, dropout) affect welfare
outcomes in low- and middle-income countries.
