About
Gregory is the Principal Economist in the Education Division at the Inter-American Development Bank in Washington, D.C. He holds a PhD in Public Policy from Princeton and was previously Director of the Public Policy Institute at Universidad Diego Portales in Chile. His research and policy work focus on teacher labor markets, school finance, school accountability, and centralized assignment systems across Latin America. He and Christopher have collaborated on several studies in this space, including work on teacher compensation and matching mechanisms in Peru.
